Submission Guidelines for Science and Technology Foresight

Before submitting, please carefully read the sections “About This Journal”, “Publication Ethics”, “Writing Guidelines”, and “Copyright Transfer Agreement”. Please write your article according to the relevant guidelines.

Click the “Author Login” button to submit your manuscript. When submitting, please ensure that you also upload the “Copyright Transfer Agreement” signed by all authors; otherwise, the submission will not be handled.

Relevant emails from the editorial office are generally sent only to the contact person in the manuscript submission system. Please ensure that this contact person is responsible for manuscript handling to avoid any delays in the processing of your submission.

Once the manuscript is accepted and finalized, the author names and institution names cannot be modified.
