Open Access

Journal of Science and Technology Foresight is an open access journal that operates a double-blind peer-review process. All articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.

Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous "three-review" system. Initially, the editorial department conducts a formal preliminary review, followed by a content preliminary review by the guest editor-in-chief. Subsequently, no less than two peer experts are invited for review, mainly evaluating the scientific nature, innovation, and value of the manuscript. Finally, the manuscript enters the final review stage, which will be in the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief. At this stage, they comprehensively examine aspects such as the political orientation, academic quality, and peer review comments of the manuscript, and ultimately deciding whether to accept the manuscript for publication or not.

All the content in this journal is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0). According to the definitions of the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, all articles are published in an open access format, and once published, they are immediately and permanently available for free on the official website (https://www.qianzhankeji.cn/). Third parties are permitted to copy, distribute, display, perform, screen, broadcast or disseminate the articles published in this journal to the public via information networks, provided that they must retain the author's attribution, use them solely for non-commercial purposes, and do not create derivative works. Author Rights

The copyright of the article belongs to the author, and the author is responsible for the content of the article. After the manuscript is accepted, the author needs to sign a "Copyright Transfer Agreement" with the editorial department, transferring the reproduction right, distribution right, information network dissemination right, translation right, and compilation right of all language versions to the publishing unit of Science and Technology Foresight—Science and Technology Review Publishing House. The author agrees that the article can be used under the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 license after publication.

Publication Fees

Science and Technology Foresight does not charge any publication fees for articles, including article processing charge (APC), page charge, review fees, etc.
