油气钻采装备技术发展现状与展望

Abstract:

This paper discusses the development status of oil and gas drilling and production equipment and technologies in China and abroad, including drilling rigs, drilling pumps, blowout preventers, top drive, positive displacement motors (PDMs), rotary steerable drilling equipment, workover rigs equipment, coiled tubing, fracturing equipment, artificial lift equipment, and offshore drilling and production equipment. The paper shows the gaps and shortcomings of Chinese equipment in automation, intelligentization, and localization of core components and points out that the oil and gas drilling and production equipment in China will develop towards electrification, automation, informationization, and intelligentization. It is suggested to attach great importance to oil and gas drilling and production equipment, optimize top-level design, increase investment, and carry out strategic R&D and manufacturing, so as to achieve high-quality development in the oil and gas drilling and production equipment industry, enhance international market competitiveness, and facilitate the efficient exploration and development of ultra-deep layer (deep water) and unconventional oil and gas resources.

文章论述了石油钻机、钻井泵、防喷器、顶驱、螺杆钻具、旋转导向钻井装备、修井装备、连续管、压裂装备、举升采油装备和海洋钻采装备等油气钻采装备国内外技术发展现状,分析了装备在自动化与智能化、核心部件国产化等方面存在的差距与不足,展望了未来中国油气钻采装备将向电动化、自动化、信息化、智能化方向发展的趋势,建议高度重视油气钻采装备,做好顶层设计,加大投入,开展战略性研发制造,实现油气钻采装备行业高质量发展,提升国际市场竞争力,促进超深层(深水)和非常规油气资源高效勘探开发。
