环境模拟技术与原位试验技术在深海生物研究中的应用与展望

Application and Prospect of Environment Simulation Technology and In Situ Test Technology in Deep-sea Biological Research

摘要:

深海生物研究面向国家战略、科学前沿和产业发展,服务于评估全海深尺度的碳通量和碳储库、认知深海生态系统的变化和响应、发掘新型深海生物资源。为了满足深海生物的研究需求,观察、检测、解析生物在深海的生理状态、生态功能、演化历程,发展出了深海环境模拟技术与深海原位试验技术。文章梳理了深海环境模拟技术与深海原位试验技术的发展历程与技术特点,展望了未来技术发展方向,并提出发展对策和建议,以期为提升中国的深海技术与深海生命科学研究实力提供助力。

Abstract:

Investigating national strategies, scientific frontiers, and industrial development, deep-sea biological research serves to evaluate carbon flux and storage, understand deep-sea ecosystem changes and responses, and explore new deep-sea biological resources at full-ocean depth. Deep-sea environment simulation technology and deep-sea in situ test technology have been developed to observe, detect, and analyze the physiological state, ecological function, and evolution process of organisms in the deep sea and thereby to meet the needs of deep-sea biological research. This paper summarizes the development courses and technical characteristics of deep-sea environment simulation technology and deep-sea in situ test technology, discusses their future development prospects, and proposes development strategies and suggestions to help promote China’s strength in deep-sea technologies and deep-sea bioscience research.
