摘要:
氢作为自然界中最简单的元素,无论是在宇宙的起源还是在生命的进化过程中,都扮演着至关重要的角色。近年来,氢医学领域迅速崛起,展现出新的发展趋势,同时也遭遇了诸多挑战。文章通过回顾氢医学发展历程中的关键事件,梳理其发展的总体趋势。从氢医学的效应证据、分子机制、研究范围与模式等方面总结现状及研判趋势,并针对氢医学目前所面临的挑战提出相应的发展建议。
