摘要:

航天运输系统是开展一切空间活动的最重要基础和前提,是一个国家综合实力的重要标志之一。在对世界航天运输系统发展特点进行深入分析的基础上,结合建设航天强国和世界一流航天运输系统的总目标,对中国航天运输系统的发展现状、发展需求与不足进行系统梳理,对中国航天运输系统的未来发展趋势进行展望,并提出了一次性运载火箭、空间转移运载器、重复使用航天运载器和新概念航天运载器4个方向的重点建设目标,最终构建能力强大、覆盖全面、性能先进的航天运输系统。

Abstract:

Space transportation system is the most important foundation and prerequisite for all space activities and one of the important symbols of a country’s comprehensive strength. Based on the deep analysis of the development characteristics of the world’s space transportation system, and aiming at building a space power and a world-class space transportation system, this paper systematically sorts out the current development situation, development demands and deficiencies of China’s space transportation system. Looking ahead to the future development trend of China’s space transportation system, this paper puts forward four key objectives of creating expendable launch vehicle, reusable launch vehicle, space transfer vehicle and new concept launch vehicle, respectively, in order to build a space transportation system with strong capacity, comprehensive coverage and advanced performance.
